    1. Is installation easy and does it require additional equipment to generate microbubbles?

    Yes! Installation is easy—with no tools needed. Just screw it onto a standard 1/2-inch shower arm, and it's ready in minutes.

    No extra pumps or equipment are required. Our "Aura Jet Method" makes use of natural fluid dynamics to automatically draw in air through the front air inlet and infuses it into the water as microbubbles. You'll hear an airflow sound, which confirms that microbubbles are being generated properly.

    2. Are there different pressure or spray settings?

    No. We focused on doing one thing right and well: generating consistent and accurate 20μm microbubbles at a water pressure shown to gently stimulate skin circulation.

    3. How big is the shower head?

    Purebble II reflects the compact style of Japanese shower heads. We designed it be lightweight for easy handling—thinking of people's needs during their skincare routines or while bathing babies, children, or pets.

    4. Does it work with low water pressure?

    Yes. The minimum required water pressure is about 0.035 MPa (0.35 bar), which is lower than most standard U.S. home water pressure.

    However, extremely low water pressure may affect microbubble generation.

    5. Does it work with hard water?

    Yes! While research shows that hard water isn't ideal for skin or hair care, many may live in areas where hard water is prevalent. Purebble II still works in such conditions, but we recommend occasional cleaning with household items to remove buildup to maintain its best performance.

    6. Water is leaking from the air inlet—does this mean the product is defective?

    We often receive this question—not necessarily! It could mean:

    1) Low water pressure:If your home's water pressure is too low, Purebble II may not function properly. In this case, we've made it so you can adjust the plate within the bottom of the shower head to increase pressure by about 10%.

    2) Mineral buildup or blockage:Buildup or debris can disrupt the water and air flow, and a quick cleaning usually resolves this.

    3) After use:This is normal—Purebble II is designed to drain any remaining water through the air inlet.

    7. What is the difference between Purebble II and Purebble Pro?

    Purebble II is designed for everyday use while Purebble PRO was intended for hair salons, pet care, and baby baths.

    The key difference is in the water flow: Purebble II's water flow goes outward to cover a wider area, while Purebble PRO's water flow is convergent for a more focused, targeted flow.

    8. How do I clean and maintain the shower head?

    Jet panel: Clean the tiny spray holes using baking soda if they get clogged.

    Filter: Remove and rinse the filter located where the shower head connects to the hose to clear any debris or mineral buildup.
